During the above-mentioned time frame, our Infrastructure provider will be carrying out urgent maintenance work on the networking layer of the datacenter hosting SmartCloud-y services.
During this work, network traffic will be interrupted, meaning that Customers won't be able to access our Services.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Infrastructure (SCY Infrastructure - DCH01, SCY Infrastructure - DCMIL01), EMail & Messaging (EMail Security Gateway, Domino / Verse / Traveler / HMSMO), Connections (Connections Cloud - Multitenant, Connections Cloud - Docs & Preview), Instant collaboration & meeting services (Instant messaging (Sametime)), and Cloudflare Cloudflare Tunnel, Cloudflare Load Balancing and Monitoring.
